* Clear Lake Performing Arts celebrates its 30th anniversary with a Lake County Symphony concert, 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 16, at Clear Lake High School in Lakeport. Tickets are $15 for CLPA members and $20 general admission. Younger than 18 admitted free. Following the concert, there will be a no-host dinner, 6 p.m. at the fairgrounds. Information: 277-7096.
