LAKE COUNTY ? Tulip Hill Winery will host the Lake County Arts Council”s annual meeting, 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12. The always entertaining Burt Hutt will MC the evening”s program that will include a reading by Lake County”s Poet Laureate, Mary McMillan. John Ross will present an update on the Soper-Reese Community Theatre and Richard Seisser will address the growth and changes at the Main Street Gallery.
Members and guests are welcome to share in reviewing LCAC”s accomplishments in 2008 and offer comments and ideas for our direction in 2009. President Sandi Ciradelli will introduce the board, which includes four new members and also present 2008”s Artie Award.
This is an evening for members, prospective members and friends to join together and celebrate that the Lake County Arts Council has been the hub of providing the Arts to Lake County for 27 years.
Join us for this pot-luck evening of food, beverages and information. Later, dance to the Latin beat provided by Javier Salmon on drum and Burt Hutt on guitar.
