Jan. 2, 2009:

* In January, the Writer”s Circle, a free, public workshop for writers of all ages and abilities, will meet on the second Thursday, Jan. 8, instead of the first Thursday. Led by Lake County Poet Laureate Mary McMillan, the group meets from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Main Street Gallery, 325 N. Main Street in Lakeport. Every participant has an opportunity to share work and get supportive feedback.
