LAKEPORT — A hunter safety class will be held starting tonight at the Lakeport Firehouse, 445 N. Main St. in Lakeport.
The class and sign-ups begin at 6:30 p.m.
The course is required by the Department of Fish and Game for new hunters who have never previously held a California hunting license.
