LAKEPORT — Vanessa Tullos scored 20 points for Clear Lake, but the Cardinals dropped a 39-35 decision to the Upper Lake Cougars in a North Central League I South junior varsity girls” basketball game on Tuesday in Lakeport.
“They played really good,” Clear Lake coach Kory Reynolds said of his players.
Clear Lake held a three-point lead late in the third quarter before the Cougars rallied for the win.
Katherine Edmonds led Upper Lake with 12 points. Miranda Richardson had seven for Clear Lake.
