A public hearing taking place at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 12, in City Council Chambers at City Hall, 14050 Olympic Drive, will allow Clearlake residents an opportunity to speak out about the Provinsalia development project.
The Clearlake City Council will hold a public hearing to consider whether:
* To certify if draft and final Environmental Impact Reports have been completed in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act;
* To amend the General Plan land use designation from “Managed Development ? Resource Protection Area” to “Specific Plan;”
* To adopt the draft Provinsalia Specific Plan; and
* To rezone the property from “Resource Protection” to “Specific Plan.”
Members of the public are invited to come to the public hearing and/or comment on the application. City Hall and Council Chambers are handicap accessible.
Information on the project is available for review at the Community Development Department at City Hall. Written comments may be submitted prior to or during the hearing to City Administrator Dale W. Neiman, 994-8201, ext. 120.
