FORT BRAGG — Jereomy Hoefer scored 28 points — one for each Middletown win this season with 10 to spare — as the Mustangs remained undefeated with a 61-46 victory over the Fort Bragg Timberwolves on Tuesday night in Fort Bragg.
Middletown”s junior varsity boys” basketball team improved to 6-0 in the North Central League I North standings and 18-0 overall. Standing between the Mustangs and a perfect 2008-09 season are the Kelseyville Knights and Lower Lake Trojans, Middletown”s final two opponents.
Middletown travels to Kelseyville on Friday and to Lower Lake on Tuesday in its season finale.
John-Wesley Davis scored 11 points for the Mustangs and Nick Dellia added eight. Brian Holt led the team with seven rebounds and Jacob Anderson had six.
