During this difficult economic time the Kelseyville sober graduation committee for Kelseyville High Seniors ask for your support. The committee is raising money to have a celebration for the graduating class of 2009 from Kelseyville High School. The Celebration, which is known as “Sober Grad” takes place right after graduation on Friday, June 12. This event has been in place for over 20 years and is intended to keep kids safe and free of drugs or alcohol. In preparation for this event several thousand dollars need to be raised. Many organized events are being held to raise this money. The following is a list of dates and events. Comedy night, 8 pm Saturday, March 7 at the Lakeport Fairgrounds, May 2 golf tournament at Buckingham Golf Course, May 9 yard sale at Kelseyville High School, and May 17 pancake breakfast at Lions Club, Kelseyville.
