Danielle Holliday wrote on April 15 the following: “The problem is that many people don”t want to know their beliefs are wrong because then you would feel compelled to change the false belief and many don”t like change or having their boat rocked or leaving their comfort zones.”

In my opinion that is the exact reason many continue to believe the Bible is the divinely inspired word of God. The bible was written by mortal men and describes a God that those men created in their own image.

I do not take this view lightly. I consider the question to be of ultimate importance. The Bible is either what Christianity claims, or it is an ancient superstition created by mortal humans who, at the time, didn”t know what germs were, or that the Earth revolves around the sun.

It”s time for humanity to move beyond it”s belief that their man-made God will save them or give them answers. We live in a real world with real problems and it”s going to take fact-based solutions to solve them. We are certainly doomed if we wait for a nonexistent God to save us. We must find the answers and act on them ourselves.

Go ahead, be brave, give up the God illusion and move into the light of enlightenment. It feels wonderful.

By the way, I have no affiliation with Satan, he doesn”t exist either.
