LAKEPORT? Steven Dwayne White, 41, was arrested Thursday at approximately 8:21 p.m. and charged with felony abuse of a dependent relative.
The victim is a disabled woman, 66. Her identity was not released.
According to Lt. Brad Rasmussen of Lakeport Police Department (LPD), two officers were dispatched to a residence in Lakeport.
The victim, who had an active protective order restraining White, was reportedly hit and slapped on the chest and arms. She sustained minor injuries as a result of the incident.
White was also charged with violation of a court order.
