CLEARLAKE ? The Clearlake City Council will meet for a regular meeting 6 p.m. Thursday at Clearlake City Hall.
Members of the public may comment on any agenda item under discussion. Public comment provides citizens an opportunity to speak for three minutes on any topic of choice as well.
Thursday agenda includes a presentation by Cathy Wilson regarding the Clean Up Clearlake Day held on May 9. A second presentation will be delivered by Valerye Anderson of Tuleyome.org on the Berryessa Snow Mountain Economic Report.
Consent Calendar items, which are considered to be non-controversial and will be acted upon as one, include: payment of bills; approval of minutes; monthly reports by the grant, community development and engineering, police, city clerk, finance and public works departments; surplus of outdated and broken equipment; and consideration of sending a letter of support for AB 175.

?Consideration of providing financial assistance to support the Youth Fishing Derby.
?Consideration of an appeal to live in a travel trailer on a single family residential lot.
?Consideration of approval of the audit (annual financial report) for the City of Clearlake and Redevelopment Agency for the City of Clearlake for the year ended June 30, 2008.
?Consideration of the priorities for the City and Redevelopment Agency.
?Consideration of eliminating the Building Inspector II position and status report on the 2009-10 Fiscal Year budget preparation.
?Public Hearing to consider confirming assessment(s) for administrative penalties for failure to abate public nuisance in accordance with sections 1-9.9(c) of the Clearlake Municipal Code “Payment and Collection of Penalties.”
