LAKE COUNTY ? Authorities are holding an alleged gang member at the Lake County Jail on a charge related to an alleged assault on a rival gang member that occurred in Kelseyville on April 6 according to Capt. James Bauman of the Lake County Sheriff”s Office.
Bauman said the Mendocino County Sheriff”s Office transported Kelseyville resident Jaime Tejeda Flores, 21, to the Lake County Jail on Wednesday. Bauman said it appeared the Ukiah Police Department arrested Flores on May 23. He said Flores is a validated gang member, and one of the warrants for his arrest was for his alleged involvement in the assault.
He is being held at the Lake County Jail on a no-bail hold.
