This is an open letter to all concerned with senior living and well-being. My neighbor has been without an air conditioner all of the triple-digit days now and still is. Today was 108 degrees. She is running a temperature and has been suffering with pneumonia.
I cannot understand why we must fight for our rights here at Highlands Village instead of having such things taken care of immediately.
We are again without a manager, however, I have been corresponding with HUD officials and still my neighbor suffers. Besides calling adult protective services, I do not know what else to do, so I am asking anyone involved with this senior housing complex to please help here.
