LAKEPORT — Clear Lake High School is offering athletic physicals for the 2009-10 school year on Thursday and again on July 30 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the gym locker rooms at Clear Lake High School in Lakeport.
The physicals cost $20.
You can pick up athletic packets at the gym on those two days. Athletic packets must be filled out and turned into the school before you can participate in any fall sports practices. Fall sports practice begins on Aug. 17.
