Last Friday, I received a temporary court order from Judge Herrick in regard to the pending separation of my wife and I. I understand that judges are above the law. But, they do have jobs and, I believe, they are elected or appointed. For this reason, I was hoping to inform you of his decision in my case in the hopes that he can be prevented from serving so gross an injustice to future veterans like myself. Judge Herrick used my 70 percent post-traumatic stress disorder disability to justify giving my wife full physical custody of my three girls. He determined, I guess, that I was more of a danger to them than the Adidam Cult, out of Cobb Mountain, that my wife joined.
Secondly, Judge Herrick skirted around United States Code Title 38, chapter 5301, that protects my veteran”s disability compensation by simply ordering me to pay her spousal support from these funds, even though they are not community property.
In addition, he ordered that I use my disability compensation to pay for her attorney, even though her fellow cult members had already paid for it. Frankly, I cannot understand why he would approve the people she asked for instead of a neutral third party, to provide the supervision for the now ordered supervised visits, as they are fellow cult members. Lastly, when I provided proof of her defrauding the government by applying for welfare while I was giving her money to support my children, Judge Herrick accused me of being hypocritical, because I was drawing support from the government for being a disabled vet and she was drawing support from the welfare system. I have since provided this evidence to the welfare system, but the damage is done. I will be held accountable for whatever funds she has wrongfully acquired and my attempt at proving my wife”s dishonesty and manipulative nature has gone unheeded by Judge Herrick.
