UPPER LAKE — The Upper Lake High School cross country team opens the fall season on Monday with its first official practice of the 2009 campaign.
Runners will meet at 9 a.m. in Room 12. Another practice is scheduled for 5 p.m.
Athletes need to have a current sports physical and proof of insurance on record before they can practice.
Beginning runners as well as veterans are encouraged to join the team.
