I was recently charged with the unlawful violation of the Ralph M. Brown Act by other members of the Clearlake City Council.
In my defense, I spoke only of subjects that were discussed in open council meetings.
On Aug. 20 all charges were dismissed due to lack of evidence.
I, most of all, would like to thank all the people out there for their trust and support in me.
It”s a good feeling to know so many of you are behind me and support me.
