CLEARLAKE ? The Clearlake City Council will meet for a regular meeting 6 p.m. Thursday at Clearlake City Hall. Members of the public may comment on any agenda item under discussion. Public comment provides citizens an opportunity to speak for three minutes on any topic of choice as well.
Consent Calendar items, which are considered to be non-controversial and will be acted upon as one, include: approval of minutes and authorization to enter into an agreement for construction management and inspection services for the Lakeshore Drive/San Joaquin Slide Repair Project.
Business items include:
?Consideration of the Lake County Community Wildfire Protection Plan.
?A resolution approving the form of an authorizing the execution and delivery of a purchase and sale agreement and related documents with respect to the sale of the Seller”s Proposition 1A receivable from the state; and directing and authorizing certain other actions in connection therewith.
?Consideration of establishing a policy for the rental of the Clearlake Senior/Community Center.
Regular agenda items also include reports by the city administrator and members of the council. Staff reports for each agenda item are available for review at City Hall, 14050 Olympic Drive, during regular business hours.
