CLEARLAKE — “Killer At Large: Why Obesity is America”s Greatest Threat” is Second Sunday Cinema”s free film for October, 6 p.m. Sunday at the Clearlake Community United Methodist Church, 14521 Pearl Ave. in Clearlake.

When former U.S. Surgeon General Richard Carmono is asked what the single most pressing issue facing America today is, he responds, “Obesity. Because obesity is a terror within.
