Corruption and incompetence destroy justice and breed disrespect for law. Harassment by law enforcement leads to police brutality and the erosion of constitutional values.

This was true in the charges leveled against Dinius and it is equally true in the charges against my disabled girlfriend, Tami Wallermann, where your DA”s office is relentlessly prosecuting her for a simple accident brought on by exhaustion. This is outrageous! This is supreme injustice and has led to false rumors in the police department, and, in my opinion, the concurrent violation of constitutional rights by a conspiracy between the district attorney”s office and the Clearlake Police Department.

When the U.S. Constitution is violated by lawyers and law enforcement, for no reason, then the truth is that treason is alive and well in Lake County; for the nature of conspiracy is treasonable.

There are two heroes in this sad trail of injustice: Hon. Judge Stephen L. Hedstrom, who said that this case was essentially frivolous, and defense attorney, Ken Roush, Esq., who defended my girlfriend with 100-percent endeavor.

I feel that Jon E. Hopkins and his office, Judge Arthur Mann and his court, and officer Todd Miller and his cronies from the Clearlake police Department owe Tami Wallermann and her public defender, Ken Roush, Esq., a public apology for the mental anguish which they have caused.
