In response to Mr. Blackmoore”s recent statement, question or plight about trips to the airport because of the cost. We moved up here in 1994 and prior to the move we knew living atop of a mountain has its drawbacks.
I cannot count the trips to the airport we made and, yes, it costs for the gas, but we saw nature”s beauty along the way. There were a few times we paid someone to drive us down and also pick us back up.
So knowing your choices is a good thing prior to buying tickets. In some cases you really have no choice but to go by cab or someone who will drive you. Living on a mountain has so much good and those little things in life have to take the back seat ? so to speak .
