I have been meaning to write about how people drive in our beautiful Lake County for quite awhile. Do drivers know these important laws?
1. If you have your windshield wipers on so should your lights be on.
2. It is illegal to go around someone on the right shoulder of the road.
3. Using a cell phone while driving is illegal also; you must have hands free. I observe drivers every day talking on their cells, even the local police do this. I just thought your readers would be interested in knowing these facts about the law.
