I am one of the lucky people. I have health care through my husband and we are fortunate enough to be able to afford health insurance. Many fortunate people, like me, don”t care that there are 50 million people without insurance.
Those 50 million people include single mothers and children or adult women and men who haven”t had insurance for most of their lives. Their lives could be so much better if they had insurance. It would help them with small problems before they become big, expensive problems.
We, as a nation, should be ashamed that there are so many other nations that have health care for all their citizens. There is no excuse to continue to ignore what is right. Please change that and vote to ensure that everyone has a right to see a doctor, whether young, old, man, woman or child.
