UPDATED:

I just came back from the Lucerne Elementary School holiday performance. The kids worked hard for their time on stage but I was appalled at the rude behavior of the audience. The audience was nonstop talking and moving around. When their child”s time on stage was over a lot of the friends and family members left the gym. I guess they didn”t care about anyone else but their child. No wonder children don”t feel that they are loved or cared for. By those rude parents just up and leaving instead of staying and supporting the rest of the kids, they are teaching their children that no one else is important. I have gone to many performances in Lake County and by far the Lucerne citizens are the most rude and selfish group of people I have ever seen. I would be ashamed to say I lived in Lucerne just because of the behavior of the audience. Start teaching manners. There is a whole world out there for exploration. Just start with being considerate and polite. They will go far if they learn how to behave as a caring human being.
