Christmas fund up to $23,552
LAKE COUNTY — A collaborative effort between Lake County Publishing, the Lakeport Rotary Club, Bruno”s Shop Smart, Umpqua banks, WestAmerica banks, Lake Family Resource Center and Lake County Community Action Agency provides Christmas baskets to those in need during the holidays in Lake County. Donations received Thursday are as follows:
? An anonymous donor gave $50.
? An anonymous donor gave $25 in memory of Janice Angiolini.
? Robert Updike donated $50 in memory of Ginny and Benita.
? An anonymous donor gave $50 in memory of Anne Newman and Mike Podany.
? Bottle Rock Power donated $1,000 for the community and in memory of Dennis Brown.
? Susan Andrade donated $100 in loving memory of her dad, Allen J. Slattery.
? Clearlake Lava and Pt. Lakeview Rock & Redi-Mix donated $1,000.
? An anonymous donor gave $250.
? L.E. and V.M. Sibbitt and the Sibbitt Family Trust donated $25 in memory of their parents and siblings.
? Don and Karen McMullen donated $100 with a Merry Christmas wish.
? Willow Tree Dental donated $100.
? The Buckingham Homeowners Women”s Association donated $1,180
?Happy Holidays from the Milhaupt family who donated $75.
? Pat donated $20 in memory of dear friends Bene Butcher and Roz Bastian.
? Ilene Dumont donated $25 in memory of Rosalind Bruch. Miss you mom.
? An annonymous donor gave $25.
? Ron and Judy Wood donated $50 in memory of Ed Burger and Larry Wood.
The Christmas Basket Program is in its 25th year. A total of 1,200 baskets will be distributed, 600 to the Northshore and 600 to the Southshore. Anyone wishing to contribute to the Christmas basket program may bring or mail contributions in to any branch of Umpqua or WestAmerica banks. Checks should be written out to Lake County Christmas Fund. The donation and holiday message will be noted in both the Lake County Record-Bee and the Clear Lake Observer-American. Please look for the gnome symbol for information relating to the program.
