LAKEPORT — Westshore Little League sign-ups open Saturday at locations in Lakeport and Nice.
Sign-ups on Saturday will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Lakeport Elementary School in Lakeport and Sentry Market in Nice.
Additional sign-ups are Jan. 13 and Jan. 16 at Lakeport Elementary School only. Sign-up hours on Jan. 13 are 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sign-up hours on Jan. 16 are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The sign-up fee for the first player in a family is $65. Additional family members are $45 each.
New and returning players must sign up. Players, new and returning, must bring insurance information, proof of residency (such as a utility bill) and a certified copy of their birth certificate.
Players must be 5 years old before May 1 to be eligible to play baseball.
