Once again I find myself completely disgusted by the Clearlake Police Department and the Clearlake City Council that are in charge of hiring and firing the police. Clearlake Police Department is the most racist police department I have ever had the misfortune of living under. Do you, the Clearlake Police Department, think the public is so stupid that we can”t see your pretense at fairness while putting so many restrictions on a business that it will go bankrupt its first year? I hope I can find Mr. Williams so I can sign his petition. I thought the previous police chief was bad, but Chief Alan McClain makes Clearlake look like Selma, Alabama in the ”60”s. I am ashamed of my town”s police department, and ashamed of the uncaring, self-centered politicos running city hall that allow the police department to be so repressive.
