CLEARLAKE ?Clearlake City Clerk Melissa Swanson informed the Record-Bee newsroom Thursday that agenda items regarding the sale and development of the airport property will be continued during the Feb. 28 meeting of the city council to the Feb. 11 meeting.

Items to be continued include: (1) whether to certify the draft mitigated negative declaration/initial environmental study in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act; (2) authorize the executive director to execute the draft disposition and development agreement; (3) authorize the executive director to execute the land exchange agreement with the adjoining property owner to the south; (4) approving the disposition and development agreement between the Clearlake Redevelopment Agency and KK Raphel Properties, LLC and authorizing the city administrator and city clerk to execute the agreement; and (5) abandonment of part of right-of-way for Airport Road.

Clearlake City Council/Redevelopment Agency meetings are held regularly at 6 p.m. on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month. The public may comment on any agenda item under discussion. The public is also afforded an opportunity to comment on any item not on the evening”s agenda during the public comment period. Agenda items are available for public review during regular business hours at Clearlake City Hall, 14050 Olympic Drive.
