Could someone enlighten me as to what engineering firm decided that cutting rumble strips in Highway 29 between Lower Lake and Middletown was a great idea versus rumble reflectors?
These cuts gather asphalt and other debris that is sprayed all over my windshield and front end every time someone passes me. I am never passed because of my speed being slow; I”m just not as fast as some of our commuters think they need to travel.
Are we all to expect broken windshields when being passed along our highway? Where do I send the repair bills?
