CLEARLAKE — The Clearlake Planning Commission will resume its discussion of the proposed draft ordinance for regulating medical marijuana dispensaries tonight at its regular meeting at Clearlake City Hall. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m.
Also on the evening”s business agenda is a continued public hearing to consider the approval of a mitigated negative declaration of environmental impact and a use permit application for a proposed mobile home park with 24 spaces. The project is located at 5755 Old Highway 53; APN/Project No. 040-310-07/UP#02-09; applicant James Carroll.
Consideration of potential conflicts of interest on the proposed amendment of the Redevelopment Agency”s redevelopment plan and a director”s report also appear on the agenda.

Members of the public are invited to come to the meeting and comment on any item under discussion.
