History has told us of many patriots who have stood tall for this country. These individuals were and are called such by their actions; however, they tend not to call themselves patriots. Rather, they tend to favor the notion that they have just been good citizens. So when someone labels themselves a patriot, or they boast of being a part of some organization that uses the word patriot (i.e., Northern California Tea Bag Patriots), I”m skeptical. As a matter of fact I am more than skeptical; I”m suspicious, especially when I find myself in direct opposition as to many of their stated patriotic beliefs.

Sorry folks, but you are no more patriotic than any other hardworking American. Voice your opinion by all means, but at least try to make sure your facts are correct before you claim them as facts. As it stands right now your record hasn”t been too good on getting things right.

The fact is that you have let yourselves get tied up in trivial conspiracy theory rhetoric which has more often led me to believe you are fools, not patriots. You want some respect, then at least try coming up with some valid ways to fix things like health care and banking regulation, because if you think the status quo is OK, you are sadly mistaken.
