LAKEPORT — Lakeport police think a man wanted for allegedly exposing himself at the July 4, 2006 fireworks display in Library Park knows he has warrant out for his arrest and that he”s living out of state.
The Lakeport Police Department hopes to gain public support to find Justin Force Lazard, 43, who is wanted on charges of annoying or molesting a child younger than 18, engaging in lewd conduct in public and indecent exposure, the department reported.
In May 2009, Lazard did not appear in court for the charges and a judge issued a bench warrant for his arrest, Lakeport police said. On the day of the incident, Lakeport police officers used a Taser to subdue Lazard after he didn”t comply with officers” requests and they arrested him.
Lakeport police posted Lazard”s photo, description and arrest warrant information on the department”s Web site, www.lakeportpolice.org
Lazard is described as a white man, 6 feet tall, 175 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
