LAKE COUNTY ? The Lake County Record-Bee and Observer-American editorial departments are seeking questions from the community to ask candidates running for Sheriff, District Attorney and Lake County Superintendent of Schools.
The editorial department will give candidates for Sheriff, District Attorney and Superintendent of Schools two minutes to answer each question and the responses will be printed in both newspapers, verbatim.
The editorial department requests that community members send in questions that will help them decide whom to vote for. Editorial staff will choose 10 questions to ask each set of candidates. The interviews will be held between the editorial department and each candidate. The candidates will have no prior knowledge of the questions that will be presented.
Lake County Publishing aims to provide the community with a comprehensive and unbiased view of the candidates they are voting for.
