CLEARLAKE — Contact initiated by a Clearlake Police officer on a vehicle parked on Sulphur Bank Drive near Hill Street late Monday night resulted in the arrest of two Clearlake Oaks subjects. Lisa Ann Overstreet, 45, and Ramon Bojay Belton, 47, were taken into custody after the officer discovered contraband and a firearm in the vehicle.

Overstreet was booked into Lake County Jail on the following charges: possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale, transportation of a controlled substance, carrying concealed dirk or dagger, armed while committing a drug offense and carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle with a prior felony conviction.

Belton was charged and booked with possession of a controlled substance, felon/addict in possession of a firearm and violation of parole.

Overstreet and Belton were arrested at approximately 11:38 p.m.
