KELSEYVILLE — A home on Soda Bay Road near Montezuma Way in Kelseyville caught fire just after 4 p.m. on Friday. Kelseyville and Lakeport Fire responded to the fully-involved blaze of the single-family residence.
Jim Walsh, a neighbor who discovered the fire, said no people or animals were inside the house. He said the blaze was out-of control by the time he discovered it. A California Parks Officer assisted.
