I noticed that the Sierra Club is now suing to stop the Cristallago development. And also taking legal action against the airport development effort in Clearlake. It seems to me that they are always stopping something or saying no to something else. No logging. No damming of rivers. No to property rights. No changes.
I wish they would get on a yes crusade. Yes, they will work on solutions to better our economy and our environment. Yes, they will use their legal might to block visitors from bringing mussels to our lakes. Yes, they will support responsible development to provide jobs before our families get wiped out.
Maybe if they protected us human animals as much as they worry about rare frogs and spotted owls I could get behind their cause. They should say yes rather than no.
