LAKE COUNTY — Konocti Youth Soccer League sign-ups for the upcoming 2010 season open today at the Kelseyville Elementary School cafeteria. Sign-up hours are 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Additional sign-up dates are Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Upper Lake Elementary School cafeteria and Thursday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Terrace Middle School cafeteria in Lakeport.
A final sign-up date is set for June 15 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Mendo Lake Credit Union in Lakeport, however, in order to ensure placement on a team you should attend either the Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday sign-ups.
Registration fees are $35 for the first child in a family and $30 for each additional family member. Payment is due when signing up. If you sign up after June 15 and there is room available, there is a mandatory additional charge of $15 per player.
Soccer players who did not play last season are required to bring a certified copy of their birth certificate to the sign-ups.
Uniform prices are $30 for a new uniform (shirt, shorts and socks), $20 for shirt only, $10 for shorts only, and $5 for socks only.
