In order to make this happen, owners of registered vehicles in California need to be one of 7,500 people to sign up for a California Snoopy license plate. As soon as there are 7,500 signatures, the Snoopy license plate will go into production.

When the plate is produced, proceeds will go toward grants that support museums in California communities and motorists will get the chance to show off their devotion to their favorite beagle.
