LAKE COUNTY — The Lake County Sheriff Activities League working in conjunction with the San Francisco Giants is offering a free, non-competitive baseball program for girls and boys.
The program is meant to inspire leadership, teamwork, confidence and integrity through the sport and fundamental teachings of baseball. Players will meet every Saturday morning from July 10 through Aug. 7.
League sign-ups take place Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Lakeport Safeway and again on Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Kelseyville Presbyterian Church.
