After reading a recent letter to the editor about Glenn Neasham, I thought I would write one too.
Glenn Neasham is our financial advisor /insurance agent. We have known him and his family for seven years. We have even gone on vacation with him and his family and visited him when he lived in Granite Bay. Glenn has a wonderful family. We also love doing business with him because he is one of the most honest people we know, and his clients love him.
We were so happy to learn that the frivolous lawsuit perpetrated by two ex-employees was resolved, and the claims against him were dropped in 2009 because they had no case. Glenn was exonerated from everything. On the other hand Glenn”s cross complaint was resolved in mediation about two months ago and Glenn was paid a sum of money by the ex-employees” insurance company for:
? Defamation, libel per se
? Intentional interference with prospective economic advantage
? Breach of fiduciary duty
? Publication of private facts
? Cyber stalking/ harassment
The basis for the suit against Glenn was nothing more than an attempt to take over Glenn”s water company, Enhance H2O, which sells electrolyte-enhanced, bottled spring water.
It is nice to know there is justice in this world. I remember Glenn telling me two years ago that an ex-employee threatened to ruin him and put him out of business by claiming to know a lot of people in this town, as the other employee stood close by in his office. They did everything they could to destroy him and his businesses.
We are so grateful they failed and that Glenn weathered the adversity. We strongly recommend doing business with Glenn Neasham Insurance Agency. He saved our tails from the market and all its risk.
He really is a good man who will take care of you and your money. He loves his clients. We appreciate having Glenn as our friend and financial advisor.
