KELSEYVILLE — Kelseyville High School will administer physicals for the 2010-11 sports season on June 16 at the Kelseyville High School gym.
Students who plan to participate in sports next season are requested to complete the necessary medical insurance form, which is available in the high school office, and bring that with them to the gym on June 16. A parent or guardian should accompany athletes.
The cost for the physical is $20.
The physical schedule is as follows — 6 p.m. for incoming freshmen, 6:30 p.m. for incoming sophomores, 7 p.m. for incoming juniors, and 7:30 p.m. for incoming seniors.
