Did you catch the Middletown Day parade June 19? It started out as a very nice small-town, friendly parade ? then Sheriff Mitchell and his boys showed up with every large piece of equipment in the sheriff”s arsenal, including a small caged vehicle with dogs.
It looked like they were ready for an invasion! All of that was topped off with 2-foot inflatable gold lame lettering spelling out “Mitchell for Sheriff.” Who paid for the gas to drive all of this equipment from Lakeport to Middletown?
