On Tuesday, June 15, somewhere between 1 a.m. and 7:45 a.m., my 1989 gun-metal gray Jeep Cherokee, license plate 4XZJ704, was stolen from the 3900 block of North State Street in Ukiah. It was parked in the visitor parking of the trailer park in which I reside. It has been reported stolen and I had no theft insurance. The Jeep has extensive front-end damage, mostly to the driver”s side, and the hood doesn”t latch properly on the driver”s side and it is dented and rusty. The headlights are out of line. You would recognize it if you saw it, but what is worse is that the possessions I had in it are now gone; my emergency medical technician bag that I had just assembled, my work clothes, my makeup bag, family photo album, shoes and many other items, due to go to my storage space. All of my bills and other paperwork were found dumped along Sulphur Bank Drive between Clearlake and Clearlake Oaks. Please, I am asking the community to keep an eye out for it. I have no theft insurance and no savings to get another car. I want my Jeep back and my possessions too. This has seriously hurt me and my life, most of my day-to-day necessary items were in my car. I have had to take time off work, but even worse, my ability to work as an EMT or to be able to assist someone in need in my community is now not possible. If you or someone you know has any information about this; please, verify the license plate number and either contact the CHP, sheriff or e-mail me.
