LAKEPORT — Clear Lake High School will administer sports physicals for the upcoming 2010-11 season on July 29 and Aug. 5 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. both days at the Clear Lake High School gym.
The cost is $20.
All student-athletes wishing to participate in sports at Clear Lake must have an athletic packed filled out and turned in by Aug. 16. You can pick up packets at the gym on either of the physical dates.
