I am shocked. Truly shocked. I had begun to believe I was the only adult in Lake County who still remembered seventh-grade science. I even had the audacity to bring it up in an earlier letter.
Now comes Mr. Al Duncan in the Friday Record-Bee to expound on the same truths. Co2 is necessary for life on Earth. How so many people became convinced it is a pollutant is one of the great mysteries of life. Additionally, it is such a miniscule component of Earth”s atmosphere that the total elimination of it would have absolutely no effect on the climate of the planet.
The same people who tried to sell us on a new Ice Age in the 1970s have now come up with the global warming scam in their never ending attempt to establish control over all the people of Earth and make a chosen few all powerful as well as obscenely wealthy, mostly at the expense of the United States and the rest of the free, industrialized world. I want to thank Mr. Duncan.
