LAKEPORT — Jessica Marie Henson, 24, of Clearlake was arrested on a Lake County Sheriff warrant Friday. The warrant was issued subsequent to a complaint sent to the District Attorney”s Office, Lake County Sheriff”s Public Information Officer Captain Jim Bauman said.
Henson was arrested Friday afternoon in Clearlake Oaks on a warrant for embezzlement of property by a public/private officer. Bauman said the victim in the case, which stems from November 2009, is Dunken Pumps in Lakeport. An arrest warrant was signed by Judge Richard Martin on July 8.
Henson next court appearance is scheduled for 9 a.m. Sept. 10 in Lake County Superior Court Department 3 before Judge Andrew Blum.
