CLEARLAKE — The Clearlake City Council will meet for a regular meeting 6 p.m. Thursday at Clearlake City Hall. Members of the public may comment on any agenda item under discussion. Public comment provides citizens an opportunity to speak for three minutes on any topic of choice as well.

Consent Calendar items, which are considered to be non-controversial and will be acted upon as one, include: review of bills and consideration of the final costs for the Burns Valley Road, Arrowhead Road and 40th Avenue Street Project. Business items include:

? Consideration of a notice of violation appeal by Dorothy J. Williams, 3945 Laddell Avenue.

? Consideration of the concept of returning parts of the city to the county.

Regular agenda items also include reports by the city administrator and members of the council. Staff reports for each agenda item are available for review at City Hall, 14050 Olympic Drive, during regular business hours.

LAKEPORT ? The Lakeport City Council/Redevelopment Agency will meet for a regular meeting 6 p.m. today in City Council Chambers, 255 Park Street. Members of the public may comment on any agenda item under discussion. Public comment provides citizens an opportunity to speak for three minutes on any topic of choice as well.

Three presentations will begin the meeting including recognition of John Marino for years of service to the Lakeport Planning Commission; and presentations by Scott DeLeon of Lake County Water Resources and Pyro Spectaculars.

Redevelopment Agency business includes the approval of a reservation of Redevelopment Agency Low/Moderate Income Housing Funds for a Habitat for Humanity project. Business items include:

? Adoption of a resolution of intention to approve an amendment between the Board of Administration of the California Public Employee”s Retirement System and the City Council and introduce an ordinance amending the contract and set the ordinance for public hearing on Aug. 17.

? Approve formation of a Lakeport Formation Development Advisory Committee and authorize staff to recruit for committee candidates.

? Award the bid for the 820 Armstrong Box Culvert Project to Jackson Equipment Company, Inc. in the amount of $56,820.91 and authorize the mayor to sign the notice of award and agreement.

? Consider a request by the Lake Transit Authority to relocate an existing bus stop.
