LAKEPORT — Thousands of Lakeport residents were without electrical service Friday. A power outage, which began at 11:15 a.m., initially affected 2,441 customers. PG&E Spokesperson Brandy Ehlers said that power was completely restored at 1 p.m. As of press time Friday, PG&E was investigating the cause of the outage.
