Who was the attacker?
Your paper continues to write about me constantly. I am the alleged victim in this matter, only I have had the opportunity to be transported to court with Mr. Dan Beaty. While I am not sure who my attacker was, I am sure that it was not Dan Beaty.
Lake County, in its efforts to seem quick and efficient to produce results have made an arrest and are prosecuting, yet they have not asked me if I recognized the alleged assailant in the matter of me being shot.
I have to live with the proceedings happening out-of- control and I happen to be housed here as an inmate. Can you imagine how I am stressed by this matter?
Please print this letter and maybe an innocent man can go free before Jon Hopkins and his staff send an innocent person to prison.
