LAKEPORT — The Clear Lake High School varsity girls” soccer team will host the second installment of its 10th annual summer camp on Aug. 9-12 on the fields behind the gym at Clear Lake High School in Lakeport.
Boys and girls ages 5-14 are welcome to participate. Camp hours are 9 a.m. to noon each of the four days of the camp. The $60 registration fee includes a newly designed camp T-shirt. A family discount of $5 is available if two or more campers register from the same family.
The camp emphasizes basic soccer skills, offensive/defensive play and team concepts. For younger players it is a great opportunity to learn basic soccer skills and develop a positive and fun attitude toward soccer.
There will be various contests, individual awards, snacks and game play each day. Campers may register the first day of camp. Call 263-7276 for more information.
